Founding Villager Terms
This page explains what "Founding Villager" status is, and — just as importantly — what it is not. It applies to anyone designated a Founding Villager on Trystle.
What Founding Villager status is
Founding Villager is a recognition given to the first 1,000 people who join Trystle, or to those who join within the first three months of our soft launch, whichever comes first. It's our way of saying thank you for being here early, and it comes with a badge on your profile marking you as one of the community's earliest members.
What Founding Villager status is not
Founding Villager status does not give you:
- Equity. It is not an ownership stake in Trystle LLC, and does not represent, imply, or create any right to acquire one.
- Revenue share. It does not entitle you to any share of Trystle's advertising revenue, surplus profit, or any other company earnings.
- Future value. It does not guarantee any future benefit, reward, financial or otherwise, beyond what is expressly stated here or elsewhere in our Terms of Service.
Founding Villager status is a recognition of early participation, not a financial or ownership interest of any kind.
The cap
Founding Villager status is limited to the first 1,000 people who join Trystle, or to those who join within the first three months of our soft launch, whichever comes first. Once either limit is reached, no further Founding Villager designations will be issued.
Non-transferability
Founding Villager status is personal to you and tied to your account. It cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned, and it ends if your account is closed or terminated.
Our right to change, end, or revoke this program
We may modify, limit, or end the Founding Villager program, or change what the designation includes, at any time and at our sole discretion. If we make a material change, we will post an update here.
Founding Villager status may also be revoked from an individual for a violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Ending or changing this program, or revoking an individual's status, does not entitle any Founding Villager to compensation, notice beyond what's described here, or any other remedy.
Everything else
These terms are part of our Terms of Service and apply to anyone designated a Founding Villager. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
